Return & Refund Policy

At ShopUp Today, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of the products we offer. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You have received a wrong product that does not match your order.

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Note: Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

  • Personal care items

  • Electronics accessories after being used

  • Kitchen items once used

  • Any product marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@shopuptoday.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Attach clear photos or video of the damaged/defective item as proof.

  3. Wait for a confirmation email from our support team.

  4. Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item to our return address, depending on your location.

Please do not ship any items before receiving confirmation from our team.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment (e.g., bank account, credit card, UPI).

  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • In some cases, you may receive a credit coupon or replacement product instead, as per your preference and product availability.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Replacement Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, you may also request a free replacement instead of a refund. This is subject to stock availability and approval by our team.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process if applicable.


7. Missing or Incomplete Deliveries

If any item is missing from your shipment:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video (if possible).

  • We will verify and process a resolution, which may include sending the missing item or issuing a partial refund.
