Back in the very beginning when there were only two of us and an idea, we knew we wanted to put together a website that promoted consumer rights, help to learn, information to earn, honesty, transparency, and above all, a free resource that aware, encouraged people to take better care of sustainability. But how could we hire a team to do that without first promoting a work environment that did all of those things? We can’t ask people to write about the importance of self-care while working them to the bone, disrespecting their concerns, and being dishonest with them. We needed to set up a framework that would eventually become the consumer community culture. You’ve maybe read about Culture First or People-Centric companies or articles about how to develop a remote office, and we’re not here to tell you that ours is the only way. But it may spark some ideas that you can take into your workplace.

It was April 2020; COVID 19 had literally stopped this world from moving. At that unprecedented time, the team met with a clear objective to create a solution for all the people in the area of live support which was much needed at that time. The team has created a platform that is easily accessible for both Consumers and Business.

Besides, every member of the team was very anxious about the false information & suggestions which were provided in informal Facebook groups then. Therefore, we came up together to create a verified & trustworthy platform for all the people. Motivation, goodwill & much needed critical thinking in the time of the COVID-19 helped to form this team.

Finally, the desire to build a platform that is the right combination between viability, desirability, and feasibility, the team got along.

First of all, look at our story; we’ve started in a time when everyone was busy with himself. And, along with other frontline volunteers, we built a team full of aspirations, dreams & thirst to provide healthcare solutions to the people & eventually worked as frontlines. Secondly, everyone in this team is well synchronized with each other, worked together many times in several projects which made them stand apart from others. In fact, they have all qualities of a good team & you can check their previous projects together which will make it crystal clear that this team will go a long way & work together in times of all ups & downs.

We believe in teamwork and team spirit. All our future course of actions will be guided by formulating necessary rules, guidelines, policies, control, and administrative mechanisms and duly comply with the law of the land.

We firmly believe that local leaders already have the ideas to improve the livelihood situation because they are confronted with it every day. However, countless of these incredible ideas never come to life because entrepreneurs might not know how to materialize them or do not have access to resources like capital and guidance.
